The company scheduled my cleaning within one week after I purchased the Big Deal. Two technicians arrived at the start of their appointment window and the office called me twenty minutes before they arrived, which I appreciated.

Dwayne explained the process clearly and took care to see if I had any questions or concerns; he was friendly and professional in all his interactions. He did not try to up-sell me with additional products or services, but was able to install the UV Lighting air cleaner when I asked him too. I also decided to add the bacteriostat, fungistat, and deodorizer product after Dwayne identified some mold in a humidifier unit.

Both technicians worked efficiently and left the house cleaner than it had started. They also changed the furnace filter for me and a dirty pre-filter on a whole-house HEPA filter.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service I received and will certainly use this company again.

My ducts were dirty after years of small renovation projects. With a baby in the house it was definitely time to get them cleaned. After extensive online research I found Air Duct Pros. I felt confident with the information and description of the procedure on their website. I scheduled an appointment time online, it was quick & easy. I received a confirmation email and the day of my service the crew arrived right in the given time window. The guys were courteous and professional. The technician described what he was doing and how they were cleaning the ducts. The whole process took only about an hour since I live in a small rowhouse. The crew was neat & cleaned thoroughly after they were finished. When they left my ducts were spotless and my air conditioning flowed better & smelled better immediately.

They arrived during the window of time they gave me, but also called when they were 15 minutes ahead, which was really helpful. They were very quick and the before and after pictures showed an very thorough job. They also changed out our filter (with an extra we had sitting there) and took away the old one. They cleaned up the area around the furnace (there was a little dust) and were on their way after just 30 minutes in the house. As promised, we have less dust and our allergies have improved too. I was also impressed that when I offered the lead guy a tip (to share with his assistant), he gave it to his assistant to keep. They were excellent and we will use them again.

We had a good overall experience. Melissa was very prompt in scheduling our job and informing us when the date of our appointment needed to be changed.

The two man crew was punctual and efficient. Dwayne explained how the process would work prior to the start of the job. He informed me of a small amount of what appeared to be mold in one of our vents and offered the remediation service. He was upfront about the price of this service. He also recommended having our dryer vents cleaned, which I originally declined. He did not push this service but recommended that it be done soon, as it appeared to have never been done before (our townhome is 20 years old). Before the job was finished, we decided to have the dryer vent cleaned. Dwayne said that if we didn't see enough debris come out of the vent to make me believe that it needed to be done, he wouldn't charge me for it (it definitely needed to be cleaned, as we found out once the service was performed).

There was only one minor problem when a drill slipped off of a screw and nicked the drywall as one of the men was reinstalling a vent cover. When this was pointed out to Dwayne, he promptly offered a very fair resolution without any hesitation.

The crew cleaned up after themselves and left the house in good condition. I was very satisfied with their work and would use this company again for duct and dryer vent cleaning.

Had Air Duct Pros do a complete cleaning of our heating ducts; they removed all return and intake duct covers; vacuumed them all out; cleaned out the furnace box. Did complete vacuuming of our ductwork. We also had a UV light installed in our main furnace duct to prevent mold. Duane and Rich were so professional, went right to work, showed us what they found. They also showed me that my dryer vent was almost completely closed up with link (dangerous and also forces the clothes dryer to run very inefficiently!). Cleaned the dryer vent out completely, and replaced a section of the pipe that was badly bent. They are truly a professional group of people!

 

 

 

Love this company. After a very unfortunate experience with a different company, I was so pleased with Air Duct Pros. They were extremely professional, customer service oriented, and did a great job for a very reasonable rate. My entire house feels fresher and smells better after having the air ducts cleaned. Hello everyone: we recommend this company hands down! we have a 3 story townhome, 13 yrs. old, just moved in and we were tired of cleaning\dusting and 1 hr. later dust on furniture, so we called this company. last Tuesday, the lead tech and his helper - showed on time, the lead explained everything, with the process, steps, and called me to see the before and after results of their work... Ken, was great, made us feel very comfortable and at ease... He was very detailed with his work and his helper never missed a step to ensure all was in place and gathered. After they finished, the lead tech walked us throw to overview it all and I can't say anymore of what a great job\great workers and made us very happy, we recommend this folks over all.

is to employ Source Removal methods of cleaning. This requires a contractor to place the system under negative pressure, through the use of a specialized, powerful vacuum. While the vacuum draws air through the system, devices are inserted into the ducts to dislodge any debris that might be stuck to interior surfaces. The debris can then travel down the ducts to the vacuum, which removes it from the system and the home.

    Our Air Duct Cleaning Process
Step 1 - Inspection  

We inspect your system before work begins to determine accessibility with our two man certified crew,  We turn the furnace blower/air handler on and off to make sure that it is running properly and each system takes approximately one and a half to two hours (3-4 man hours) to clean.

Step 2 - Protect Your Property   
 

Our equipment is gas powered and never comes in your home, therefore eliminating cross contamination
 

Step 3 - The Supply & Returns are Zoned   
 
  

The supply and return sides are separated by a zone bag or removing the furnace filter and wrapping it in a protective material and an access hole is cut in the main trunk line to connect the negative air machine.

 
Step 4 - The HVAC System is Placed Under Continuous Negative Pressure  
 

Registers are sealed which creates high velocity air movement within the supply ductwork to transport loosened dirt and contaminants out of the ductwork and into the vacuum's filtration/collection system.

 
Step 5 - Breaking Contaminants Loose

We then access your registers/vent openings and use air compression and/or our brush auger to move debris down towards the trunk line. 


Step 6 - The Main Duct Runs are Cleaned.

Each and every trunk and plenum are cleaned on both the supply (heat) and return (cold air) side of your system. Agitation Devices are used to dislodge debris accumulated on surfaces and remove any contaminants from the system.

Step  7 - Return Side

Once the supply side of the system has been completely cleaned, the return duct system is cleaned using the same method.


Step  8 - Furnace Interior

The cleaning is completed with vacuuming the furnace cabinet, and changing the customer provided filter.


Step 9 - Sealing Up Your System

Once the entire cleaning process is completed, all access holes are completely closed and cover plates are installed over the access holes.  All seals are removed from the registers. Finally, we leave your home as we found it. There is no mess left for you to clean and everything is returned to its original location
 

Step 10 - Post Inspection Check List

After the process is completed the technician will make sure everything is cleaned and operating correctly.
