There
was a
significant
amount

No short

were
taken
from
what I
could
tell,
and the

was

"the only problem that i had was that they were 3 hours late. They did a fantastic jod and in a reasonable time. I have never slep and felt so good in a long time. I used to keep my heat on 75 degrees and since the cleaning the stays on about 68 degrees. I came wait to see the next gas and electric bill. I will continue to use this service every two years. I dont beleive that a lot of people realize the need to have this done. But i will surley be spreading the word!"

Living in this townhouse for 11 years with family, two cats, and a new
dog, it was time to clear out the system (too many head colds too). I
received estimates from four other companies but felt better with this
company. I scheduled online - very nice - received a call notifying me the
team was 1 hour out. Sooner than an hour I was greeted by Dwayne with a
handshake as well as his assistant Andrew. They quickly surveyed the layout
and got to work immediately. Paperwork was totally in order. In the world of
service occupations, cleaning out air ducts may not highly rated. However,
you would think it was of high importance while watching this team work.
They were methodical, careful, sensitive the home occupants (Andrew asked if
everyone was decent upstairs prior to moving towards the stairs), and
excited about their end result; Dwayne keep asking me to see the "before" of
the intakes and negative pressure throughout the system. They keep calling
me "Sir" until I asked them to call me by my name. When finished, Dwayne
showed me the contents of my ducts . . . Yuk. Andrew replaced all covers (after
wet wiping them), then cleaned everything. Meanwhile, Dwayne was resealing
my system and even offered helpful heating and humidifying tips (outside of
his obligation). Andrew goes to night school for his certification after
working full time during the day - awesome. All in all, this is the kind of
company I like to give my business to and my recommendations for; convenient
scheduling, excellent customer service, enthusiastic work ethic, a company
always looking to improve on all levels, all on top of a family-run
business. Look no further people.

My house is 45 years old. The duct work had never been cleaned, and it was a necessity. Everything they said was good. They gave me a discount because I was on Angie’s List. I am assuming that they have done their job properly because I don't have to dust as much as I used to. I didn’t even want to invite anybody to the house earlier because of the dust. I have cleaned the house once after they left. I need my house to be clean because I have dark furniture. They were top drawer. They were fast and efficient. They didn’t talk much and I was pleased with them because they were certified and had passed a security test. I was told by the staff that they run as many checks as they can on the crew. I was pleased to know that. They were great. I had also recommended them to someone else.

Air Duct Pros were very responsive. They called shortly before they were due to arrive to let us know they were in route. They scoped out the job and worked continually for over two and one half hours. Their equipment was in excellant condition and I personnaly inspected all sectons as theywere completed. I was shocked at how dirty the supply side was. I had looked inside of the supply side at the furnace before while I was cleaning the air conditioner coil so I thought teh supply duct was fairly clean. Not so as was clearly visable when Duane cut the access hole and I looked at the yuck. The rotating brush did an outstanding of loosening the dirt etc and the strong vacuum tehy placed out side greated almsot a wind tunnel effect to suck teh dust and dirt out. They replaced all of teh vents and cleaned up any and all mess. The odor from the sanitizer disapated after we turned the heat on to dry the system.

they use is great because instead of

brush. Their soft brush got the mold off
& didn't harm insulation. The additional
sanitizing spray should be sure to kill
any mold that might be left. I didn't
realize a video inspection is $100
extra, so I opted for not doing that,
but they made sure to show me things as
they worked and even took a couple of
pictures on their phone. I could tell
things were getting very clean. I'm glad
I got the dryer vent done; there was a

Duane was polite, prompt and fabulous.
He explained just what services were
needed and why. I went to work this
morning and my husband stayed behind to
supervise. I went home at 1pm and I
could tell just by walking in the door
that a great job was performed. I would
definitely refer him to everyone and
will consider having him as part of my
annual maintenance routine!

Duane was very helpful. He did a walk-through
of my house, provided the estimate and
completed the work in just a couple of
hours. He explained everything before he
started working and reviewed everything
that he had done and what he had found
when he was through. He also provided
very useful information to me on furnace
filters. He did a terrific job, was very
clean and efficient and his price was
very competitive with the other
companies. He was pleasant to deal with
and he made feel comfortable with the
work he was doing. I think he did a
great job and already the house smells
better and there is no dust coming out
of the vents!
