In a

little
late.
The
guys
were
very
professional
and
explained
everything
as
they
were
doing
it,
and
they
patiently
answered
all
my
questions.
They

my
dog

cat,

they
cleaned
up
and
put
everything
back
before
they
left.

really
bad
experience
with
a
DIFFERENT
company
that
tried
to
talk
us
out
of
over
$1300
for
cleaning
our
air
ducts.

Pros
was
so
professional,
responsive,
and
reasonably
priced
for
the
work
performed.
My
house
(circa
1930s)
had
probably
not
had
ducts
cleaned
in
over
25
years,
and
the
air
in
the
house
was
immediately
improved
and
fresher
after
Air
Duct
Pros
cleaned
the
ducts.

and
the
work
proceeded
smoothly.
I am
impressed
by
their
efficiency
and
professionalism.
They did a good job
of keeping the rest of
the house clean while
they worked. Very
thorough. Cleaned the
register covers too, but
didn't put them back in
the same spots. So the
one from the bathroom is
now in the living room.

and set an
appointment.
They arrive and
explained
everything they
would do in
detail, so I
would not be
confused as to
what they did.
The job they did
was excellent,
which they did
while my wife,
daughter and I
were still in
our condo. They
answer all my

I made
the
appointment
on line
and they
confirmed
via
email
and
called
on the
scheduled
day to
let me
know
when
they
expected
to
arrive,
which
was
right on
time. I
don't
remember
how long
it had
been
since
our
ducts
were
cleaned,
coil or
our
dryer
vent.
SURPRISE!!!
More
dust and
fluff
than I
would
have
liked to
see, but
they did
it all.
They
were on
time,
professional,
personal
and
straight
forward
honest.
Took
time to
explain
and show
me what
they
needed
to do.
Finished
in the
time
frame
they
told me,
cleaned
up after
themselves.
They

We could
tell a

Our
house
with a
single
furnace
and
central
A/C
never
had a duct
cleaning
in all
its 37
years.
In spite
of using
expensive
filters
and
changing
them
every 6
months,
we were
suffering
from
constant
dust and
regular
stuffy
noses.
We
contacted
Air
Duct
Pros
after a
bit of
research.
They
didn't
advertise
the
lowest
price in
their
ads, but
I liked
that the
ads were
clear
about
the
bottom
line
price
with no
hidden
fees.
There
was no
hesitation
when I
asked
for
local
references.
I called
one in
my
neighborhood
and got
a
positive
review.
Scheduling
online
was a
breeze.
The team
showed
up on
time
shortly
after
calling
us from
the
road.
They did
a
through
job,
showing
us what
they
were
doing
all
along
the way.
There
was a
significant
amount
of stuff
in the
ductwork!
No short
cuts
were
taken
from
what I
could
tell,
and the
price
was
exactly
as
quoted
in the
ad. The
result
has been
no dust
and no
stuffy
noses in
the
morning
since
the
cleaning.

"the only problem that i had was that they were 3 hours late. They did a fantastic jod and in a reasonable time. I have never slep and felt so good in a long time. I used to keep my heat on 75 degrees and since the cleaning the stays on about 68 degrees. I came wait to see the next gas and electric bill. I will continue to use this service every two years. I dont beleive that a lot of people realize the need to have this done. But i will surley be spreading the word!"
